Hello Ladies!
Kate, Peyton, Carla and Jennyfer - you will be working as a team and earning points together for the next 2 weeks. You can use this group to communicate with each other, exchange contact info, keep eachother accountable, share tips and tricks that are helping you overcome challenges.
You will earn points for the following:
5 pts: Scheduling your workouts for the week (5 pts for each week)
5pts: KBX in-studio, online or on-demand workout
3 pts: Cross training or recovery workout (30 minute minimum)
3 pts: Daily hydration goal
1 pt: per type/variety of fruits and vegetables eaten. Make a list and snap a few pics to go along with it.
1 pt: per mile walking, running, hiking
10pt BONUS: Work together to come up with a team name that reflects who you are.
