2024 Paint Phoenix Purple Self Defense and Empowerment Workshop

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and KBX PHX is committed to spreading awareness and strengthening our community with essential knowledge and skills. We are proud to announce our annual Self-Defense and Empowerment Workshop, in collaboration with the "Paint Phoenix Purple" campaign, designed to raise awareness and support for victims and survivors of domestic violence. 

• Lead Instructor: Master Jade Hwang, 7th-degree black belt, first woman inducted into the Korean Martial Arts Hall of Fame
• Assistant Instructors: Joseph Johnson,  William Oulundsen, Kelli Koch
• Recommended Minimum Age: 14 years old (due to the nature of the content)
• Local Business Partners: Giveaways, discounts, refreshments, and exciting raffles!

This workshop is open to everyone, and we encourage you to invite friends and family to this important event. While all are welcome, please note that due to the content, we recommend a minimum age of 14 years old for participants.
